Customer Service
At Knitworks-NY, we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and knitting expertise. Your business is very important to us and we want to make sure that you are happy with your order. If you have a question about your order, please read the following information and your question will most likely be answered. If not, please email us.

Order Processing
Paypal is the way we process payments. Orders are normally processed within 24 hours during our open business hours. All shipments within the United States will go by USPS Priority Mail/delivery confirmation or UPS ground service so they are insured and traceable. When sending to Alaska or Hawaii we use Priority Mail.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available at an extra cost to you, the customer. If you choose expedited shipping of any sort, that means that when it leaves our shop, it will take less time to get to you. Orders are processed in the order in which they come in. Each order, regardless of the shipping method you choose, is treated the same, with the same amount of care, consideration and attention to detail. We do not make extra money when you pay more for shipping. The fee goes directly to the USPS or UPS for increased shipping costs. Thank you for understanding.

Order Changes
If you need to request a change to your order, you should contact us as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to make the change, however, we process orders as quickly as possible and cannot guarantee that your change can be made.

Returns
We do not accept returns on patterns or any paper goods. To return an item, please email our Customer Support Department to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#.) We will not accept a return on any item without an RA#. Once you contact us, we will give you further instructions via email.

Return shipping costs are not covered by Knitworks-NY.

Shipping
Knitworks-NY ships US PS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation starting at $5.95 or UPS Ground Sevice when needed. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the appropriate shipping cost.
